The owner, Shawn, spoke to me and came out to explain his process (which is a lot better then I perceived) and gave me an estimate for everything I wanted done; everything from walkways, roofs and parking lots. Shawn was very professional, easy to work with, and I didn't even bother with getting another estimate from someone else.   Had to check all the boxes, GEM Pro Wash was very adaptable to my schedule. I left a quote request via the website over the weekend and was called back the following working day.
When he arrived for the quote he explained the problems and solutions and negotiated a fair price. I really feel like he was cutting me a deal. I already had a specific amount set in my head and they were under that cost.
The day of the service, he arrived on time and got straight to work. It was completed in roughly 2 hours. I have attached an after photo, if you could of seen all the moss buildup under the facia from having a north facing house, you would be impressed on how well it worked out for me.

Shawn was quick to respond to my request for a quote to power wash my entire house and sidewalks. When he came to do the quote he carefully and simply explained the work he would be doing and how he would be doing it even going so far as to explain the science of power washing to me. After agreeing to the quoted work he began his work taking only a few hours. In the end the result was exactly as he promised and everything was much, much whiter and cleaner. I am very happy with the work done and I would recommend him to anyone else.
